Little bit about this dress…. It has so much meaning to me as I was wearing it when we got engaged!! The night before, Adam and I went to KOP (king of prussia mall) and he told me to pick out a fun outfit for a photo shoot the next day. We had always taken pictures for fun, as he is a photographer, and it was something we both enjoyed, so I thought nothing of it, I found this free people dress at bloomingdales and was in LOVE! To be honest, it was a little over my budget for a dress, running at $350 doll hairs (yikes!) but I had to splurge! So, the next morning, May 14th, Adam had the day planned from start to finish. First, taking me to get coffee at Malvern Buttery (amaze) then he told me to get ready for the shoot in that oh so gorg dress!! I quickly got home, put on some make-up, braided the locks and we were on our way. We arrived at Stroud's Preserve, and "hiked" up the steepest hill, sweating and complaining to him why we had to go this way and that I couldn't breathe and my feet were getting sore, yea I'm dramatic, but only a little ;) Upon the last step onto the hill, we made it! We started shooting with big sunflowers behind us, feeling like I was on top of the world, and in just a few moments, I really believed I was. Calling me over to take a look at one of the shots he got, he pulled a little box out of his pocket, got down on one knee, and…dropped the ring!! With shaky hands and a racing heart, he picked it up and asked me to make him the happiest man and be his wife!!! Best day of my life :) So I included the day we got engaged along with these newer shots. Enjoy!!
